An Indian cookbook for American kitchens is what this book is about. This book is a tribute to my Mom, my sole inspiration in pursuing my dream of Indian cooking in USA. The book takes you step by step on various creations that I grew up with in my hometown of Mumbai, India. Recipes include side dishes, lentils, rice, meat, preparation of vegetables and desserts.
